Introductions - Welcome to the Adam & Dedra Show
Welcome to The Adam & Dedra Show. This is a fun, experience-driven show built around our love of craft beer, great food, and travel. Through the show, we hope to bring people along on our adventures, share the places we discover, and build a community of others who enjoy breweries, local eats, and good times just as much as we do.

Welcome to The Adam & Dedra Show
Craft beer, great food, travel, and two people fully committed to turning “just one stop” into five
There are some couples who plan vacations around beaches, museums, or fancy resorts.
We plan ours around breweries.
That probably tells you a lot about who we are already.
Welcome to The Adam & Dedra Show. A show built around the things we genuinely love most: craft beer, great food, travel, and the experience of finding places that make you want to stay for one more round. We started this show because these adventures are already a big part of our lives, and we thought, why not bring other people along for the ride?
So… who are we?
We’re Adam and Dedra, and if there’s a brewery nearby, there’s a very good chance we’ve either already been there, talked about going there, or built an entire day around “just stopping in real quick” (Which is almost never real quick. Haha).
We’re based in Arizona, which means a lot of our local adventures start here, but we also love traveling and exploring breweries anywhere we go. Over time, brewery visits have become one of the most exciting parts of our trips. For us, visiting a new place is not just about sightseeing. It’s about asking the important questions, like:
Where’s the nearby breweries?
Is there food nearby?
Can we split enough plates to try everything there is to offer?
Do they have cans to go, or are we about to make an emotional mistake by falling in love with a beer we can’t take home?
That’s basically our love language: beer flights, good food, and poor estimates of how hungry we actually are.
Why we started the show
The truth is, we started The Adam & Dedra Show because this is already what we love doing.
We love going to breweries. We love discovering food spots that feel unique to the area. We love traveling somewhere new and figuring out where the locals eat, where the good beer is, and what places are worth talking about afterward. We also love sharing that experience with other people, especially the kind of people who get way too excited about a hazy IPA, a hidden food truck, or a random brewery tucked into a town you’d never expect.
This show is our way of saying, “Come hang out with us.”
We want to bring people along as we explore breweries, try different beers, find great food, and enjoy the whole experience together. Not in a polished, overly serious, swirl-the-glass-and-describe-notes-of-oak-and-regret kind of way. More in a real, fun, “this is awesome and you should know about it too” kind of way.
What we hope to accomplish
At the heart of it, we want this show to do a few things.
First, we want to share our passion. Craft beer and food are two of the biggest things we genuinely enjoy, and we want the show to reflect that in a way that feels fun, welcoming, and real.
Second, we want to build a community. We don’t want this to be one-sided. We want people recommending breweries, restaurants, bourbon spots, cigar lounges, hidden gems, and places we absolutely need to visit. We want people to comment, message us, follow along, and be a part of the adventure too.
Third, we want to celebrate the experience, not just the destination. A great brewery is never just a beer list. A great food stop is never just a plate. It’s the atmosphere, the people, the stories, the unexpected finds, and yes, occasionally the moment when you realize you absolutely should have stopped after the appetizer but somehow now there are three more dishes on the table.
And finally, we want to bring more people into the craft beer world. There’s something special about craft beer culture. A lot of people discover it because someone introduces them to it, and we love the idea that our show could be part of that for somebody else. Maybe someone finds a new brewery because of us. Maybe they try a new style of beer. Maybe they plan a weekend stop they never would have considered before. That’s the kind of impact we’d love to have.
What the show will feel like
If you’re wondering what kind of energy to expect, here’s the easiest answer: FUN!!
Yes, we love craft beer. Yes, we care about quality. Yes, we have our preferences. But this show is not about acting like beer professors. It’s about enjoying the experience and sharing it in a way that feels approachable.
We talk in the episode about the kinds of things we each look for. Adam loves seeing variety and checking whether standout tap beers are available in cans to go. Dedra loves hazies and smoothie sours, especially as a way to mix things up and reset the palate. Together, that means we’re always looking for places with interesting options, unique pours, and something that makes the stop memorable.
And food? Food is absolutely part of the mission.
We love trying local places and avoiding chains when we can, because one of the best parts of travel is finding something that feels specific to that city or region. We also tend to share dishes, which sounds romantic until you realize it’s really just our strategy for ordering more things without tapping out too early. We call it “divide and conquer,” which sounds tactical because it is. You can’t sample multiple places if you make the rookie mistake of each ordering a burger the size of a hubcap at stop number one.
Arizona is home, but the map is wide open
Since we’re based in Arizona, a lot of our content will naturally start here. And honestly, Arizona has a lot to offer. There are great breweries, great food spots, and plenty of places worth highlighting.
But we also travel, and that’s a huge part of what makes this exciting. We’ve already explored breweries in multiple western states, and we’re looking forward to expanding even more. The point is not to stay in one lane. The point is to keep discovering.
So whether it’s Arizona, Boston, or some random stop that turns into the best surprise of the trip, we want the show to grow with us as we go.
Also yes, there may be bourbon and cigars
We’d be lying if we said the show begins and ends with beer.
Beer is the heart of it, but we also enjoy bourbon and cigars, and we’d love to work some of that into the journey too. So if you know a great spot, feel free to point us in the right direction. We fully support being influenced in the direction of good pours and comfortable chairs.
The bigger picture
More than anything, we want The Adam & Dedra Show to feel like a place where people can come for the beer, stay for the laughs, and leave with ideas for somewhere they now want to try themselves.
We want this to be fun. We want it to be welcoming. We want it to be something that reflects who we really are... two people who love craft beer, love food, love the experience of exploring, and probably will always believe there is room for one more beer… eventually.
This show is about sharing what excites us, connecting with people who enjoy the same things, and creating something that grows into a real community over time. If people laugh with us, discover new spots with us, and feel like they’re part of the ride, then we’ll be accomplishing exactly what we hoped for when we started.
Come along with us
If you’re into craft beer, good food, local finds, road-trip-worthy stops, and following two people who are enthusiastically committed to making every outing just a little more delicious and a little less efficient, you’re in the right place.
We’re just getting started, and we’re excited to see where this goes.
Thanks for being here. Raise a glass, bring an appetite, and come along for the ride.
Cheers,
Adam & Dedra
